Sreyashi Mitra
Sreyashi is a Commerce graduate from Bhawanipur Education Society College and a Montessori-trained educator. After successfully running her own playschool for six years, she built a thriving career as a professional singer, performing Rabindra Sangeet, Folk and Modern Bengali music across India and countries like the US, UK, Thailand, Singapore and Argentina. Alongside her creative journey, she transitioned into counselling, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the National Council of Education (Parent Body: Jadavpur University). Backed by experience in Corporate Training, Stress Management and Relationship Mentoring, she combines empathy, communication and cultural insight to support students and professionals in meaningful transformation.
Drishti Banerjee
Drishti is a Science graduate with an MBA in Marketing from Burdwan University. She spent 14 years in the Pharmaceuticals sector at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories before choosing a people-focused path in counselling and psychology. She is qualified with a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Wellbeing from National Council of Education, followed by a Master’s degree in Psychology from IGNOU. She has strong experience in oncology patient counselling, workplace mentoring, and geriatric counselling. Drishti also supports MA Psychology students in completing their internships with excellence and professionalism. Together, our counsellors bring emotional intelligence, domain expertise and deep compassion to every session.

Vikash Das – Counselling Services
Vikash serves as the Executive Assistant managing online enquiries, social media visibility, scheduling, batch formation and outdoor publicity. He acts as a central point of coordination with mentors and external agencies. He also contributes to content research and development of promotional materials. A Commerce Graduate from Surendranath College with three years of educational industry experience, Vikash plays a key role in Coaching and Counselling administration. Personally, he enjoys cricket — having represented his district in state-level competitions – and Bollywood music. He has been an integral part of Single Minded EduServe since February 2021.
Pratik Pyne – Space Services
Pratik manages housekeeping, office infrastructure, and general administrative functions, ensuring that the premises run professionally and efficiently. With 21 years of work experience and strong responsibility in liaison and facility care, he supports our Space Services operations end-to-end. He has been associated with Single Minded EduServe since August 2018. Outside work, he enjoys mobile gaming, detective films and classic Kishore Kumar music.
